Slow-cooked Kimchi Stew with Beef

Ingredients:
- 4cupsKimchicut bite sized
- 2 lbs chuck steak
Sauce:
- 2cupwater
- 1Tbspminced garlic
- 1/4tspground black pepper
- 2Tbsprice wine
- 2Tbspsesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1TbspKorean chili flakes
- 1TbspKorean chili paste
Instructions:

Rinse the steak in cold running water to get rid of the blood. Pat it dry with some kitchen paper. Cut into small chunk pieces.

Layer the ingredients in to a slowcooker.

Set the slow cooker on low heat and cook it for 8 hours. Stir it occasionally.

Serve with rice.
